Acquisition:

  • Bluffton Woods was brokered by our LDI A&D team with the developers of St. James Plantation.
  • LDI, in conjunction with the developer, had a vision to bring to market a unique cul-de-sac neighborhood surrounded by a beautiful nature preserve.
  • This project was funded with a mix of private equity and institutional debt in the form of a traditional A&D loan.

Entitlement & Permitting:

  • LDI worked hand in hand with the developer to bring this 13-lot section to market in a timely manner.

Horizontal construction:

  • LDI Utilities performed all civil contracting and off-site DOT work to bring pad-ready lots to market.

Vertical Construction:

  • Logan Homes was the premier builder of this neighborhood and the construction of homes in this boutique enclave was met with great success.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Through a proven sales and marketing process led by the onsite builder team combined with the support of the developer’s sales team, Logan Homes found this project to be highly successful.

Disposition of Asset:

  • The neighborhood was quickly sold out and homeowners now enjoy all that the St. James Plantation lifestyle has to offer.
