Project Description

Acquisition:

• Cottage Lakes was raw land brokered by our LDI A&D team with the developer of the master-planned community St. James Plantation.
• LDI working in conjunction with the developer, sought to bring to market a Logan Homes exclusive neighborhood featuring cottage style single family homes offered at an attractive price point.
• This project was funded with a mix of private equity and institutional debt in the form of an acquisition loan.

Entitlement & Permitting:

• LDI worked hand in hand with the developer to bring this section to market in a timely manner.

Horizontal construction:

• The master-planned community’s development team handled all infrastructure and brought pad-ready lots to market.

Vertical Construction:

• Logan Homes hit the ground running with construction of low maintenance single family homes.

Sales and Marketing:

• The master-planned community sales team, combined with our internal sales team contributed to the tremendous success of this neighborhood. The success of this unique product spawned another boutique neighborhood from LDI within this premier community.

Disposition of Asset:

• All single family homes were purchased direct by consumer who now enjoy all that the community lifestyle has to offer.
