Project Description

Acquisition:

• The Cottages at Parkside was a multi-lot deal brokered by our LDI A&D team with the developer of the master-planned community Hampton Lake.
• LDI, in partnership with the Reed Group sought to bring a unique single family enclave with a focus on waterfront living. These homes are nestled around a crystal blue water lake with a white sand bottom, granite walking trail around the lake, beach area seating and tiki huts. The neighborhood also features a great location to the newer amenities such as the sports courts, pool and amenity center.
• LDI purchased pad-ready lots from the Hampton Lake development team.

Vertical Construction:

• As the premier builder in this neighborhood, Logan Homes began construction initially on 6 homes to unveil a row of model homes at the Grand Opening, which was met with great success.

Sales and Marketing:

• The builder team joined with the developer and onsite sales team to create a dynamic marketing and sales strategy, resulting in the tremendous success of this unique neighborhood.

Disposition of Asset:

• All single family homes were purchased direct by consumer who now enjoy all that the Cottages at Parkside lifestyle has to offer.
