Reserve at Waterford

Acquisition:

  • The Reserve at Waterford was discovered and brokered by the LDI A&D team.
  • LDI formed a partnership with well-respected local developer to bring to the community all brick patio homes and townhomes that offered low-maintenance living, beautiful lush landscaping, a clubhouse, amenity center, and kayak storage and launch.
  • This project was funded with a mix of private equity and institutional debt in the form of a traditional A&D loan.

Entitlement & Permitting:

  • A combined effort between the development team and LDI brought these lots ready for the horizontal team.

Horizontal construction:

  • A combined effort between the development team and LDI prepared the lots and infrastructure for the vertical team.

Vertical Construction:

  • Logan Homes had great success with construction of single family homes as well as townhomes. The popularity was so profound that a second section in this community was created for Logan Homes.

Sales and Marketing:

  • The onsite sales program, led by the Logan Homes builder specialist team, saw great success in the sales and marketing of these homes.

Disposition of Asset:

  • All single family homes were purchased direct by consumers who now enjoy all that the Waterford of the Carolinas lifestyle offers.
