  • LDI purchased pad-ready lots from the Brunswick Forest development team.

Vertical Construction:

  • The Woodlands is a Logan Homes exclusive neighborhood and brought an assortment of floor plans with both front load and rear load garages, making use of the alley-style design of the community.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Through a dynamic sales process, led by the developer sales team with the support of the builder team, Logan Homes saw great success in the sales and marketing of this neighborhood.

Disposition of Asset:

  • All single family homes were purchased direct by consumer who now enjoy all that the Woodlands at Brunswick Forest lifestyle has to offer.
