  • The Towns at Hampton Lake was brokered by our LDI A&D team with the developers of Hampton Lake.
  • The Towns at Hampton Lake was the result of a partnership between the Reed Group and LDI. After much success in other markets with their paired villas, LDI saw an opportunity to bring to market a low maintenance townhome product that offers a lock and leave lifestyle.
  • This project was funded with a mix of private equity and institutional debt in the form of a finished lot acquisition loan.

Entitlement & Permitting:

  • LDI worked hand in hand with the developer to bring this section to market in a timely manner.

Horizontal construction:

  • The Reed Development team brought pad-read lots to market for LDI’s vertical team.

Vertical Construction:

  • Logan Homes began construction of the paired villas and were met with high demand, with many of the units selling prior to completion.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Through a developer led sales process, combined with support from the builder team, Logan Homes has seen great success in this neighborhood.

Disposition of Asset:

  • All single family homes were purchased direct by consumers who now enjoy all that the Hampton Lake lifestyle has to offer.
